Medical Device Manufacturing

Currently, Lyophilization Services of New England® contract manufacturer has over 1,200 square feet of lyophilization space available for medical device manufacturing.  We can accommodate bulk batch sizes up to 450L, numerous vial/fill volume combinations and virtual any tray/mold configuration.  Batch sizes for vialed material can be as large as 70,000 units (vial size dependant). 

All lyophilizers can be backed filled with an inert gas such as nitrogen and argon.  In addition, we have close to 12,000 square feet of environmental controlled areas dedicated for all phases of manufacturing.  Depending on our client’s needs, we can formulate, dispense, lyophilize, label and package finished devices. 

For most of our client’s LSNESM contract manufacturer will source, purchase, receive, inspect and stock all components used to manufacture their devices.  This gives us the ability to produce a lot with little to no lead time.  We can also establish long term contracts with our clients and manufacture devices on a preset schedule from weekly to yearly to anything in between.  We specialize in helping our clients go from research and developmen-sized batches to large scale commercial production in aggressive time frames.
